This gotta be one of the most silly act ever. Instead of being an old grumpy neighbour like the one we saw in Dennis the Menace (well, I personally think that Dennis IS ANNOYING.)
Anyway..
This guy over here, named Charles DuBose, is not just another old grumpy neighbour.
One girl named Ivhan`e Merritt and her friend walk across his yard and bumped to his car. He was not happy about it and yelled them to take their ass out of his yard. Anyway, they end up playing near his car again. Mr DuBose here decided to stop being just another typical old grumpy neighbour so he decided to open fire and eventually shoot Ivhan`e at the torso..

Anyway, it is reported that the girl is in stable condition whilst Mr.DuBose here have no criminal records and he's in the midst of getting a divorce.
I'd say, he might go through some hard edge in his life, but it definitely not a good reason to shoot an 11-year-old girl.
