Gosh, this is weird. What's happening to the world nowadays?

Mr Bishop
Why..?
Mr Bishop here shoots 12-Year-Old Jason Eberle for playing ding-dong ditch (with his friends), I mean ringing door bells and run. Unfortunately, Mr Bishop here is ready for Eberle's "attack" and he shoot him right on his shoulder. His friends manage to escape though.
How's Jason Doing..?
Jason is reported stable and is in non-life-threatening condition.. Unfortunately for Mr Bishop, he might be charged for an attempt murder.
